Our pressure washers are capable of pressures up to 4200 p.s.i., and temperatures in excess of 250 degrees.  However, High Pressure is not always what you want, and rarely what you need when pressure washing certain surfaces. Spring Pressure Washing only uses the minimum amount of pressure needed to remove the stain from the surface.  This is why we use soft washing on virtually all of our projects. We let our blend of chemical cleaners eliminate the stains instead of risking damage to the exterior of your home or business by using high pressure.

All of our trailers are equipped with water tanks of at least 250 gallons.  This allows us to transport water to location where readily available water is not available.  If you have a large property, running a water hose is sometimes not optimal for the pressure washing services needed.

Window Washing is something we specialize in.  We are not your average bucket and squeegee window cleaning company.  We use a purified water method to clean your windows.  What is the purified water method? Using a water purifier machine, we run purified water through an extension pole to a soft bristled brush.  As water flows through this brush, we scrub your windows to remove any mold, algae, dirt, or other debris.  The purified water rinses your windows clean, and because the water is free of any contaminants, it leaves a crystal clear, streak fee shine.

Soft Washing is using a low amount of pressure to safely clean the delicate surfaces around your property.  Using less than 500 psi is what most companies consider soft washing.  Most of the time, soft washing is used in conjunction with chemicals to do the cleaning properly. With delicate surfaces like stucco, EFIS, roof shingles, and flagstone to name a few, you do not want a company that will come in and use high pressure to perform the cleaning.  This will damage the surfaces costing a lot of money in repairs.
